shipping & returns
We are a family owned and operated business and will ship your item(s) from our home studio on Bowen Island, BC, in 3-5 business days. If the item you purchased isn't in stock, we'll notify you of its estimated re-stock and shipping date. We offer free ground shipping on all orders within Canada, because that's what we'd want. Shipping to the US and International shipping will be calculated at checkout. Express shipping is available for an extra charge.
We accept returns and exchanges of regular priced items within 14 days from receipt of goods. All returned and exchanged items must be in their original condition (unused, unwashed), accompany all original set pieces (partial returns will not be processed), and include original packaging (returns without linen tote will not be processed). We are a small operation with limited stock, so we appreciate you returning your items in resell-able condition. With our carbon footprint in mind, we encourage guests to consider their purchases carefully and buy with the intention of keeping all items. With the exception of defective items, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Sale and sample items are final sale.
If you discover a manufacturing defect in your item(s), please send us a message at hello@theartofnesting.ca and we will arrange for a replacement. Please keep in mind the natural characteristics of linen, as a few small lumps in the fabric (called slumps) are natural and to be expected. We consider them to be part of linen's charm.
We take full responsibility for ensuring the item(s) you purchased are as described and packaged safely. Once the package has been collected by the courier, it becomes their responsibility to ensure the package is delivered to the customer. TAoN does not take responsibility for the package once it has left our premises and has been scanned into the courier system. That said, if you have any issues with receiving your item(s) please don’t hesitate to email hello@theartofnesting.ca and we will do what we can to help.
